House rulesThis is a STUDENT ONLY property. Student ID will be requested at check-in alongside their rightful owners. We are not able to host any guests that need to quarantine or isolate. Please bring your passport or driver's license at check in. At check in, the name on the booking must match the ID of the guest. We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to stay with us. We do not allow pets in the building. We do not allow smoking in the building and we operate a strict no parties policy. Keep noise levels low after 10pm.
